We utilise a mixture of Canon and Sony cinema cameras for our events, employing a mixture of handheld, tripod and motorised sliding shots. This gives us the ability to shoot with a mixture of focal lengths and adapt our shooting style to be appropriate for that event whilst always retaining a cinematic edge.

We have access to a large online library of over 2000 professionally produced royalty free instrumental and vocal music tracks covering a vast range of genres and moods insuring that whatever the content, we can find the right music track to elevate it.

Licensed music can also be used but will need to be cleared unless it is your own original music. Video sites such as Youtube will check for rights violations and in some cases can block the video.

At flycreative we have an extensive range of high resolution stills cameras and GoPros, which we will use to capture timelapses and hyper lapse photography of your event.

We would rig our time-lapse cameras in areas of activity and capture interesting moments, such as a stage being built, decorations being prepared, establishing shots of the venue and people arriving through the main entrance.

We will capture short interviews from attendees and delegates at your event and explore how they feel about the experience. Topics such as what their favourite moment was, how much they enjoyed it and what they took away from the event are often great questions to get us started.

We use a boom mic rather than a visible lapel mic too, making the interviews feel more real and natural.

We shoot all of our B-Roll footage in beautiful cinematic slow motion, and capture footage of attendees having fun, laughing with each other, and thoroughly enjoying the event.

To further enhance these shots, we will also attach our camera to our DJI Ronin gimbal, allowing us to get incredibly smooth and dynamic walk-through shots of the event space.

When possible an Audio feed is taken directly from the Sound Desk and mixed into one of our cameras. This ensures that the audio is as clean and clear as possible.

When this is not an option we also have a range of wireless lapel mics and hand microphones we are able to give speakers.
