flycreative have a rich heritage in creating inspiring films for brands and businesses. working with one fine stay, will we deliver a suite of stunning property videos that are beautiful, cinematic, and dynamic.

They will inspire your audience to go there. We know that in real estate, you're not just selling homes, you’re selling a lifestyle. People buy on emotion, and we want these videos really pull them in.

THE LOOK AND FEEL

We will shoot the majority of the property in slow motion and make use of natural light where possible to imbue these films with a premium feel. Lens flares, soft focus close ups, a dynamic range of shots and slow, precise movements will be key for giving this production a cinematic look and feel.

To further enhance these shots, we will attach the camera to our DJI Ronin gimbal allowing us to get incredibly smooth and dynamic walk-throughs and beautiful pan and tilts of the property.

Using our collection of drones, we would also capture stunning ariel shots of the property and it’s surrounding. Filming with drones provides great perspective and a sense of space , which is very important when marketing a luxury property.

We have an extensive range of high resolution still cameras available to us too. Combing these with an electronic motorised sider, we will capture incredibly beautiful and vibrant timelapses of sunrises and sunsets that could bookend the film.

PLEASE NOTE: This does not include crew travel, accommodation or subsistence.
Payment terms would be 50% in advance and 50% on competition of all deliverables signed off by client. Models and Actors will be charged appropriately if required

DELIVERABLES

We will produce one main video and a series of smaller social cuts for this production.

The social cuts will be a collection of highlights taken from the larger video, and perhaps focus on some of the key selling points of the property.

These would include a selection of lifestyle moments, drone footage and key architectural aspects of the property.

DISTRIBUTION

We can distribute your awesome video to be seen by the right people.
